1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 bag Kraft caramels
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. flour
Melt caramels with 1/2 c. evaporated milk.
While those are melting, mix together the cake mix, flour, melted butter and other 1/2 c. of evaporated milk. Take 1/2 of this brownie mix and pat it into the bottom of a greased, 9x13 pan.
Pour melted caramel on top of brownie layer. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of melted caramel.
Take remaining brownie mix and drop it on the top. I like to just use my hands to place small pats of brownie mix on the top so it goes on more evenly.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!!
